By purchasing any VoidZero CPA product, service, or subscription, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, non-refundable, and not subject to negotiation. This policy applies to all offerings including but not limited to courses, mentoring programs, consultation sessions, digital products, subscriptions, and any other service we provide.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the content, failure to utilize the materials, change of mind, financial hardship, or any other reason.

We do not offer partial refunds, prorated refunds, or store credits.

We do not negotiate refunds under any circumstances. Contacting us multiple times will not change this policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not make a purchase.

All digital products and services are delivered immediately upon purchase and are considered used once accessed.

What You Are Purchasing

When you purchase from VoidZero CPA, you are purchasing access to educational materials, frameworks, mentorship, and community resources.

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the materials you were delivered at the time of purchase.

Future updates to the curriculum are not guaranteed and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

You are purchasing the knowledge and tools—results depend entirely on your implementation.

Personal Circumstances

Financial changes, medical emergencies, personal hardships, and other life events are not grounds for a refund.

Change of mind, regret, or dissatisfaction with your purchase are not grounds for a refund.

Finding alternative resources, free content, or cheaper alternatives does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Technical Issues

Technical difficulties with your device, internet, or platform access do not constitute grounds for a refund. We provide support for genuine technical issues but do not offer refunds for them.

If you cannot access your purchased content due to a technical issue on our end, contact support. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide an alternative access method—not a refund.

Subscription & Billing

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on the date of purchase and on each subsequent billing date until cancelled.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring payment details are up to date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or using the member dashboard.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect the payment for a reasonable period.

If payment cannot be collected, access to subscription content may be suspended or revoked.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank constitutes a violation of these terms.

If you file a chargeback or dispute, your access to all VoidZero CPA services will be immediately revoked.

We actively pursue recovery of funds for fraudulent chargebacks and disputes.

We reserve the right to ban users who initiate chargebacks from all future purchases.

If you have a genuine billing issue, contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
