By registering for our webinars, purchasing consultations, enrolling in courses, or accessing any content on cpahustler.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

CPA Hustler provides educational content, webinars, one-on-one consultations, recorded courses, live classes, and mentorship programs related to CPA (Cost Per Action) affiliate marketing.

Services include but are not limited to: free webinars, paid consultation sessions (₹499), recorded courses (₹5,000), 3-month premium mentorship (₹10,000), and 1-year elite mentorship (₹20,000).

All services are digital in nature and delivered electronically via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or online platforms.

Access to private communities, groups, and course materials is granted upon successful payment verification.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and access links.

Sharing of course materials, private links, or recorded content with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed in full before access to paid services is granted.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees and charges incurred.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances (see Section 11 for details).

All content on cpahustler.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio recordings, course materials, webinar recordings, and software, is the exclusive property of Mr. Void / DW Methods and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our platform without prior written consent.

Recording, screen capturing, or sharing webinar or course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Engaging in blackhat, fraudulent, or unethical CPA methods including self-clicking, self-leads, botting, or spam

• Misrepresenting yourself or impersonating any person or entity

• Sharing private group links, course access, or exclusive content with unauthorized individuals

• Using automated systems or bots to access our services

• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our platform's security

• Posting abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content in community groups

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

The information and strategies provided through our webinars, consultations, and courses are for educational purposes only.

CPA Hustler does not guarantee any specific income, earnings, or results. Success in CPA affiliate marketing depends on individual effort, consistency, market conditions, and proper implementation of learned strategies.

We are not responsible for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or business failures resulting from the use or misuse of information provided.

You acknowledge that affiliate marketing involves risk and that past performance or examples shared do not guarantee future results.

Our services and content are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or advice provided.

You use our services at your own risk and discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr. Void / DW Methods, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for any third-party actions, CPA network policies, payment processing issues, or external platform changes that may affect your affiliate marketing activities.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, CPA networks (OGAds, AdBlueMedia, CPAGrip, CPALead), payment processors (Razorpay), and social media platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube).

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and conditions.

We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for third-party products, services, or content.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We maintain a strict no-refund, no-cancellation, and no-exchange policy for all services and products.

This includes but is not limited to: consultation sessions, recorded courses, mentorship programs, and community access.

Once payment is processed and access is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse

• Failure to attend scheduled sessions or utilize provided materials

• Dissatisfaction with content or results

• Technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device compatibility)

• Personal circumstances or financial hardship

• Non-performance or lack of expected results

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are considered complete and non-refundable.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Access to courses and communities is provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 45 days, 3 months, 1 year).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time without prior notice.

Access may be revoked immediately without refund in cases of Terms violation, inappropriate conduct, or unauthorized sharing of content.

We are not liable for any downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

By registering or making a purchase, you consent to receive transactional emails, WhatsApp messages, and Telegram notifications related to your services.

You may also receive promotional communications about new courses, webinars, and offers. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We may use your testimonials or success stories for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and you must destroy all copies of materials obtained from our platform.

Termination does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mr. Void / DW Methods, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights

• Your CPA marketing activities and business practices

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jharkhand, India.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for any legal proceedings.

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us directly.

If informal resolution fails, you agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Arbitration shall be conducted in English in Jharkhand, India.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Invalid provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CPA Hustler regarding the use of our services.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written.
