Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all digital products and services offered by VoidZero CPA. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED INSTANTLY AND DIGITALLY. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING APPLIES.
Digital Product Delivery
Instant Access
All courses, templates, frameworks, and digital resources are available immediately upon purchase confirmation.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive access to your purchased content through your member dashboard or email confirmation.
No physical goods are shipped. There is no tracking number, delivery window, or postal service involved.
Access Methods
Primary access is granted through your account on our platform.
A confirmation email with your access credentials will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive your access email within 15 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder before contacting support.
What You Receive
Upon purchase, you receive: Lifetime access to the course materials purchased, access to any included templates, tools, or resources, and login credentials for the member portal where your content is hosted.
Access does not include: Future updates to the curriculum (unless explicitly stated), additional products or courses not included in your purchase, or physical copies of digital materials.
Account Setup
Creating Your Account
If you do not already have an account, one will be created for you at the time of purchase.
You will receive an email with instructions to set your password and access your content.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and up to date.
Access Issues
If you cannot access your account, first use the password reset function on the login page.
If you still cannot access your account, contact support with your purchase confirmation details.
We will respond to access issues within 24-48 hours on business days.
Subscriptions & Ongoing Access
Subscription Access
If you purchase a subscription-based product, access is maintained for the duration of your active subscription.
Subscription access may include recurring content updates, community access, or other ongoing benefits as described on the product page.
Cancelling your subscription will result in loss of access to subscription-only content at the end of your billing period.
Lifetime Access
Some products include lifetime access. This means access continues for as long as the product exists on our platform.
Lifetime access does not guarantee platform availability indefinitely. We reserve the right to discontinue products with advance notice.
If a product is discontinued, we will provide at least 30 days notice and an opportunity to download materials where possible.
International Purchases
All digital products are available worldwide. There are no geographic restrictions on delivery.
No customs duties, import taxes, or VAT apply to digital product purchases.
Currency conversion is handled automatically at checkout based on your location.
If you encounter issues with currency or payment methods specific to your country, contact support.
